I was very overwhelmed in dealing with my mother’s estate and worried that no one would come to an estate sale at her remote location. I had already been rejected by one company due to the location, but fortunately, after speaking to Karen, of Fecit Antiques and Estates, I was relieved that she was so willing to come out and conduct our estate sale. Karen and her crew worked very diligently before the sale to set everything up and once they had everything on display in the house before the sale, I was very impressed. Also, my mother had a lot, I mean lots of stuff, so again, much of it in boxes and they willingly went through and priced and sorted everything, and seemed very organized. I was thrilled at the turnout and probably over a 100 people or more came out that first weekend to the sale despite my mother’s house being in a very rural location. Furthermore, we sold almost everything. All the big items were sold and just a relatively few items were left which I donated. I was happy with my decision to hire Fecit Antiques and Estates company because we ended up getting rid of a lot of belongings with no hassle and also ended up with a good profit from the sale!
